Jedeeshop.com Shipping Policy

This shipping policy applies to purchases made on the jedeeshop.com website, operated by the company SARL Jedeeshop. We are committed to shipping our products efficiently and reliably, making sure to inform our customers of estimated delivery times.

All our orders in mainland France are delivered to a relay point:

  • Mondial Relay or Shop2shop (standard delivery)
  • Chronopost Relais or Colissimo Point Relais (express delivery)

The choice of relay point is made based on the customer's address within a maximum radius of one kilometer.

If a relay point is unavailable, the package will be delivered to your home against signature.

Orders outside mainland France are delivered:

  • Mondial Relay home with signature (if available)
  • Chronopost Classic
  • Colissimo international Domicile with signature
  1. Delivery and shipping times

The delivery and shipping time is calculated and indicated during checkout based on the customer's address. These lead times are given as a guide only and may vary depending on factors such as weather conditions, public holidays and carrier availability.

  • For Pre-Orders : The delivery date mentioned is an estimate, and may vary depending on the availability of our stock.
  1. Processing and handling time

Please note that delivery time does not take into account the processing and handling time of your order. We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, but please allow additional time for your package to be prepared before it is picked up by the carrier.

  1. Shipping Confirmation

Delivery of your order begins upon receipt of the SMS sent by the carrier. This SMS will contain the tracking information for your package, allowing you to follow the delivery progress in real time.

  1. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the package, as well as the delivery address. These costs will be clearly indicated during checkout, before validation of your order.
  1. Delivery delays

We make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, but cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier issues, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
