Warranty conditions for portable video projectors - Jedeeshop.com

1. Warranty period

Portable video projectors sold on Jedeeshop.com are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

2. Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing of the portable video projector. It does not cover problems resulting from misuse, neglect, accident, modification, unauthorized repair or normal wear and tear.

3. Warranty procedure

To benefit from the warranty, please contact our customer service at info.jedeeshop@gmail.com with a detailed description of the problem encountered, the date of purchase and proof of purchase. If a defect is found, our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product for repair or replacement. Shipping costs for returning the defective product are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Replacement under warranty

If the portable video projector presents a defect covered by the warranty and repair is not possible or appropriate, Jedeeshop.com undertakes to replace the defective device with an identical or equivalent model within 72 hours, subject to availability stocks. If replacement is not possible due to out of stock, we will offer you an alternative solution, such as a refund or credit to your customer account.

5. Manufacturer's liability

The liability of Jedeeshop.com and the manufacturer of the portable video projector is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product during the warranty period. Under no circumstances will Jedeeshop.com or the manufacturer be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages resulting from the use of the product.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These warranty conditions are governed by European law on online purchases and must be interpreted accordingly. In the event of a dispute relating to the guarantee, the competent jurisdiction will be that of the buyer's domicile or the head office of Jedeeshop.com, depending on the buyer's choice.
