This refund policy applies to purchases made on the Jedeeshop.com website, operated by the company SARL Jedeeshop. We are committed to respecting consumer rights in accordance with European consumer rights legislation.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

You must return the product(s) in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw. Please note that certain exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply, in accordance with current legislation. However, these exceptions are generally not applicable to portable video projectors sold on Jedeeshop.com.
