If 15 days have passed since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To return a product, you must send it in a tracked package with insurance to:

The order must be returned with all the elements present when received (carton, packaging cardboard, plastic inner packaging and cable ties)
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once the return has been received and checked, your refund will be made to your means of payment used for the order within 72 hours.
